She is the managing editor of Edible San Fernando Valley magazine and former owner-editor of Edible Ojai and Ventura County, where she covered a wide range of topics, from chefs and home cooks to food, wine, and agriculture. Over her career, Sarene’s articles have appeared in over 70 publications nationwide and she has served as a culinary competition judge for many regional events. She has also developed recipes for publications to accompany her articles.
