Molly Wilkinson is a pastry chef living in Versailles, France. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she changed careers in 2013 to follow her passion and moved to Paris to study pastry at Le Cordon Bleu. After earning her pastry certification, she began working at several bakeries in both France and the U.S. She now teaches pastry out of her 18th-century apartment and on Zoom. Her first cookbook, French Pastry Made Simple, was published in 2021 and is now in its fifth printing, with more than 17k books sold. She’s been featured in the New York Times, Bake from Scratch magazine, and the Today Show.
