• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently

• Contribute to the team’s goal of a 48-hour turnaround for all incoming orders 

 SPECIFIC JOB TASKS

• Become proficient using the company’s fulfillment and inventory software for batching orders, creating pick lists, and recording items per order as they are packed in shipping cartons

• Pick products accurately, matching titles and ISBN numbers to the pick lists, matching titles and quantities to the sales order

• Pack products to keep them clean and tidy and to prevent damage during shipping

• Cross-train for other warehouse duties as assigned 

• Learn any other computer software that may be introduced to accomplish the clerk’s position

• Participate with the team in all other warehouse duties, including but not limited to evaluating and processing returned products, cleaning up the aisles at the end of each work shift, counting inventory when asked and at the annual full inventory count, becoming certified to use a forklift and a reach lift.
