We're back! We are proud to partner with the Davis Catalyst Center for another in-person book sale on Friday, May 10th from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. 20% of proceeds will be donated to the Davis Catalyst Center as part of our Certified B Corp initiative.

Catalyst Center
The Catalyst Center is the place where innovation, collaboration and education meet. The CTE magnet school brings Davis School District students, local business and industry mentors together. The Catalyst Center is part of the nationally recognized CAPS Network (Center for Advanced Professional Studies). CAPS students fast forward to their future careers and are fully immersed in a professional culture where they develop critical thinking and problem solving skills by working in collaborative groups to complete real-world projects while being mentored by industry partners.

Gibbs Smith is an independent publishing company that has been enriching and inspiring humankind for over 50 years! We go beyond books, though. We are a Certified Benefit Corporation (B Corp) and as such, we believe in taking care of our environment and being involved in our local community. As of August 2022, we are also 100% employee-owned.
