Jodi Moreno is a James Beard Award-nominated author (More with Less: Whole Food Cooking Made Irresistibly Simple, Roost Books), freelance chef, and food stylist. Jodi started her career in New York City working as both a consulting chef and food stylist for brands, restaurant groups, and hotels, such as Veuve Cliquot, Dom Perignon, West Elm, KitchenAid, E-squared hospitality, Coqui Coqui and more.
